The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the HR Officer with the tasks below including contributing to special projects as assigned. This opportunity will help to gain valuable experience and skills in HR, while being supported by the team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 1. Processing of staff requisition form for hiring of vacant positions
ü Assist HR officer in Preparing & sharing Job Offer Letter with Candidates
ü Assist HR officer in Recruitment Process
- 2. Support Employee Onboarding Process:
ü Assist HR officer in sharing Employment Contract with new joiners
ü Assist HR officer in sharing Joining Kit with Employee and Open their personnel file
ü Assist HR officer in reviewing MIS profile of new joiners.
- 3. Personnel Filing
ü Assist HR officer in maintaining personnel files of all staff (HH Staff) hard & soft files
ü Assist HR officer in maintaining Personnel Files Database for identifying missing documents and make sure that all documents are complete.
- 4. Attendance/Timesheets & Leave Management
ü Assist HR Officer in Prepare, review staff’s attendance sheets and update attendance on MIS on weekly basis
- 5. Support Payroll Administration
ü Assist HR officer in Preparing (New Joiners/Leavers/Employment Actions) list for Payroll
- 6. Facilitate Employee Exit Process
ü Assist HR officer in reviewing acceptance of resignation letters of staff that resigns
ü Assist HR officer in guiding staff on handing taking and provide them necessary support
ü Assist HR officer in facilitating exit interview process and clearance process of leaver
ü Assist HR officer in providing experience letter to leaving staff
ü Assist HR officer in closing Personnel File of leavers
